FRESH CUCUMBER/ONION SALAD

My dad used to grow 'burpless' cucumbers in his garden. After my mom passed away he would call to ask me, "What all do I put with sliced cucumbers?" With that in mind and in case anyone out there is wondering the same, here are several recipes.

Best summer recipe.

1 1/2 cup mayo

1 cup vinegar 3/4 cup sugar salt & pepper Whisk and put over 2 or 3 cucumbers and onion. Refrigerate overnight for best taste.

OR

Another Best summer recipe

Thinly sliced onion 2 Tablespoons vinegar (or 2 Tablespoons lemon juice 2 Tablespoons sour cream 1 teaspoon sugar 1 teaspoon dill seed Salt/pepper to taste Whisk and put over 2 or 3 cucumbers. Refrigerate overnight for best taste
