SUMMERY WONDERFUL STRAWBERRY SALAD

So, if you have need to take a dish to a potluck, or want a wonderful salad for a summer meal or just want to serve a snack with an afternoon tea here is your recipe!

STRAWBERRYU CUCUMBER SALAD

1 1/2 lbs. strawberries, cleaned and quartered

4 cucumbers, cleaned and sliced

Red onion, chopped

8 oz Feta cheese

Keet refrigerated until ready to serve - then add the dressing and toss

Dressing: Combine and shake in shaker then pour over above mixture.

1/3 cup olive oil

1 TBS chopped fresh mint

2 TBS lemon juice

Pepper (to taste)

Just looking at this picture makes me want to eat another helping! Really, it is that good!
